I currently live at The Hills and REGRET ever signing a lease here. To sum it up, I feel like I am living in a college dorm all over again. I am not sure why Finger Properties would spend so much money on nice
appliances, an incredible workroom, and spacious floor plans and forget one MAJOR thing -- INSULATION. I can hear everything my neighbors do - and I mean EVERYTHING! It is absolutely annoying and there is really
nothing you can do about it. I am counting the days until my lease ends. I am so
disappointed and every month when I write my check for rent I feel robbed. Unless you love the idea of NO PRIVACY I would stay away - far away!!!
