I live on the side that was just sold to another company. Slightly shady but nothing I can do about it. The apartments were poorly made. The carpet is already coming unglued. The noise is horrendous. I too feel like I live in a dorm. I can hear everything my neighbors above me do and I mean everything. I have found some bugs but my most recent problem has been with a rodent. I am counting the days until my lease it up. Parking is also horrible. They have a poor trash system. Only one dumbster and it is not in walking distance. DEFINITELY, not worth the money.
