I have lived here for a year and have decided to renew my lease. I have to admit a few months in I had mixed emotions about the property, but it was my first time to ever live in an apartment and I had to adjust to that. Once I had adjusted to the apartment way of life, I realized that this is a great property. I hear occasional noise from my neighbors, but that is apartment living, for complete peace and quiet you have to get a house. The property is very well kept and probably has some of the most native and beautiful landscaping than most apartments around.

The interiors of the apartments are beautiful and when friends come over to my place for the first time, there jaws drop on how awesome the kitchens are! Granite, stainless steel and upgraded appliances, cherry cabinets, italian tile, halogen track lighting! Also all rooms have double crown molding. They are having some construction problems on the stairs, but they are currently fixing all of the problems, Management is constantly trying to keep the property Beautiful thats a !

The weight room is one of the best I have seen and they have an awesome party room for resident use, the only drawback is that all amenities in the clubhouse are not availble after 11pm.

Location is also AWESOME, not to mention beautiful Hill country setting! Tons of joggin trails around and across the street in Barton Creek. There is a new single family development being develped behind the property on top of the hill, that is noisey during the day, but the homes to be built will bring more value to the area! Lantana is a new up and comming area for SW Austin. Lake Travis is about 15 minutes and Downtown is about 10 minutes...best of both worlds!

Also Managment is Great! Best team I have seen around!
