If you really want to live here, come by on a Sunday afternoon and check out the recycling/garbage area. It's a complete mess every weekend. The compacter is either backed up or broken and there are too few recycling bins. It's digusting and just shows the poor attitude of the staff. I always felt safe here and the parking was never a problem, but the place is beginning to fall apart. Maintenance usually got to the problem quick, but couldn't always fix the issues correctly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm happy that I just moved out. There are better places for les money in the same area, just keep looking. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Meh, what's the big deal about the garbage. I don't know of any removal companies that work on the weekend, so what should the staff do take it to the dump themselves? Listen, unless the garbage is on my doorstep, this is a non issue.

It's a big issue. I live at Lantana Hills, also, and when I moved in I couldn't believe that they only had one trash compacter for the entire complex. You can't have 400 apartments all using one trash area and expect it to stay clean. Very bad planning, and they don't seem to care enough to fix it.

They don't have 400 apartments, actually. Comparably it's a very small community. The word is compactor, by the way. I'm sure they'd be happy to add another compactor to the property, but when it costs $3,500 a month to have just one, they're probably being fiscally considerate to the renters by not asking them to pay up. I'm sure you've hit the compactor area and shrugged, or even felt venomous enough to just throw your trash on top, right? Perhaps they could stand out there and monitor the area and fine those who can't wait a whole day for the clean container to arrive. Sounds like you have a lot of time on your hands, why don't you stand out there yourself and be a hall monitor?

Oh come on...if the company underestimated the number of compactors it needed thats not the damm tenants fault. Its part of running this business and should be absorbed into yor budget. It is a health hazard, looks like crap, attracts all sorts of creatures and smells horrible especially in this triple digit summer.
