If you're looking for a property that is out of the way of the usual garbage in Austin, this is the place. Aside from one isolated incident where the same miscreant broke into multiple cars one evening, I have had ZERO issues with noise or crime. The apartments feel much more like a home than I had been used to. Touches like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, walk in closets and crown molding really go a long way toward improving the perception of apartment life. The grounds are well kept and the pool/clubhouse area is beautiful. Not too mention, it takes all of 24 hours to get maintenance to address any issues escalated. I'll be leaving here early next year, if it weren't for the fact that my wife and I are moving into our first home together, I'd be sad to leave.
