We lived at these apartments for more than a year. The service steadily got worse during our stay. When we moved in, we were told that they had a two day guarantee for handling service requests. Towards the end of our stay, we were lucky if the service request was handled before a week and two reminders.
The staff at the front office seems to be constantly changing. So, there was a good chance that any communication with the staff (say lease extension etc) would get lost and you would have to make several trips to follow up.
Also, note that there is only one trash compactor for the entire complex. So, depending on where you stay, you will either have to carry your trash in your car or enjoy a long trek to the compactor.
The only redeeming features of this complex are the quality of the internal fixtures and the location

I fully agree. I had the same experience with the staff. Further, depending on when you moved in, the rent amount fluctuated. Therefore, you paid the higher amount and new tenants paid less and therefore were subject to less stringent credit qualifications. The place went downhill fast.

new tenants almost always get better rates. you got a move-in special too... every year your renewal rate USUALLY goes up while the market stays the same. this happens everywhere so there is no need to complain about it.
