Best Apartment community I have stayed in

I stayed here from June 2007 untill Apr 2008.Had to move out of the apartment as I was relocating on Job.
We really loved our stay here.We had a end unit with stairs inside.
The apartment has great walk in closet, spacious bathroom with jack and jill sinks, linen closet.Kitchen had granite counter tops, cherry wood cabinets and stainless applicances.Staff was very friendly and helpful and the best part was that we were only charged 25$ when we moved out of the apartment.
I was surprised by the negative comments about this place when I was looking to move in, asked about this with the leasing specialist and she mentioned that the problem is only people who have issues care to write any review and the ones who are happy never write about it, so we see only one sided view of the apartment complex.
I am now looking for a apartment ( not in texas) and the more I look at the other apartments, them more we miss amli @ lantanahills.
Anyone, who is considering this apt should rent it out.Not many apartments in Austin are so great looking from inside.

when complimenting the apartment community you work at, be sure to use normal people words. "jack and jill sinks"? "describing the entire kitchen"?.... it is pretty obvious you work there.
but it is a pretty nice place and everything you described was right on. you are absolutely correct about bad reviews are more common than good, because only people who want to complain want to be heard. happy people just move on with their lives and keep going. |

Well...I do not have an obligation to convince you ,just wanted to let ppl know that this is a great community to live in.I am glad I did not just follow the comments on this website and stopped by to look at this property.Since you echo my statements as well that this is a great property, we are on the same page.
P.S: As I mentioned in my original post, we are currently looking at apartments and we do look for walk-in-closets, granite counter tops and jack& jill sinks, didn't think this is the terminology used only by apt mgt.
