Everything others have written are absolutely true; do not rent from this apartment complex unless your very life depends on it. I had 4 pages of move-in conditions complaints, of which only a couple of items were addressed. Upon move-in, the entire apartment was just NASTY: broken tiolet seats & parts laying around, crayons, food & misc ground into the carpets & in the kitchen cabinets; a fireplace that hadn't had the chimney cleaned -- would get suffocated out; appliances breaking down & never getting repaired; missing security items for patio doors; abandoned vehicles & boats littering the parking lot; obnoxious screaming children; filthy pools; ignorant & rude office staff, plus you get all the benefits of Williamson County (just joking). The place is just torn up, and is akin to living in a slum. I haven't lived there since 2000, when I bought out of my lease halfway through it's term. It was the only decently priced thing I could find at the time, when Austin didn't have enough apartments for everyone. I've driven back since out of curiosity, and the the place is 3/4's empty. STAY AWAY!!!
