Terrible service, filthy pool, low-class place

This place is truly the bottom of the barrel in North Austin. It took me 4 calls to maintenance to get my air condistioner fixed. The common areas, especially around the parking lots, are always dirty. This is also the only place in North Austin where the management can't seem to figure out how to keep a pool clean and keep blaming it on the trees. It's mid-May for crying out loud and the pool is still filthy. Don't come here if you can avoid it. It may be cheaper than others, but you get what you pay for.
