Filthy grounds - old pice of crap cars that don't run left abandoned in parking lot....management does nothing about it...kids running wild stealing things off of patios and out of cars - damaging property and cars - DIRTY POOLS - Termites literally eating through my wall from the outside in...I had holes in my bedroom wall with termites crawling in from the outside. LOVELY. Told the silly dope at the office and his reply was -- they are bad this time of year...they go away on their own. Utilities are HORRIBLE. $150 a month for a first floor....in the WINTER with no heat or ac running. Heaven help you in the summer.

Lost job and missed rent one time and they filed eviction....after long history as a good tenant. They would not take partial payment or apply our HUGE deposit of $549 towards late fees. Susan is a witch.

This sH** hole isn't worth even $549 a month. Not with all the other new places that have been built since the dot bomb. You can get into NICE places for maybe $50 to $100 more a month.
