Everyone I know who owns a house in anderson mill hates these apartments. Take a look at the broken blinds, foiled windows, trashy appearance and general nastiness of this property. I had a good friend who lived there, because she didn't know any better and she said it was horrible. Her stuff never got fixed and the office staff couldn't care less. This place is owned by United Dominion, the 4th largest publicly owned real estate firm who owns commercial and apartments properties. They also own Red Stone Ranch, Lakeline Villas and Pecan Grove. Check out their ratings. The rent may be higher but the white trash still runs the offices. They get away with so much because they intimidate their residents and treat them like dirt. Don't be scared. You have rights. Fight back. Look up the Texas Property Code online. Specifically section 92.311. Don't take it anymmore. Their corporate office can be contacted at www.udrt.com.
