the staff writes in answer to someone worried about their child and getting raped..."keep your kid inside". what kind of satanic, hard hearted people are you' oh yes! UNITED DOMINION means THE DEVIL. your disregard for your tenants is beyond unbelievable. if it was my kid, i would own your dang property.

caring staff' the only time you see that mentioned is when the "caring staff" writes it. B.S. everytime they get a negative, they come in with a 5.0 positive that sounds like a marketing copy. the district manager is guilty of it as well. her own staff tells on her. look at all their properties. anything with "simply" is the management. anything that over describes the property like a sales brochure is management. could you be more unprofessional or transparent'

i now live in colorado but have a pending lawsuit against this place for their horrible negligence. get a lawyer if you feel you are not safe. MAKE THEM DO THEIR JOBS.

trailer trash took over and trailer trash continues to move in. way to screw up a neighborhood. i am sure the home owners are so happy UNITED DOMINION owns this property. GHETTO MONGERS.

I use to work for United Dominion. It is a great company. Elaine (the property manager) is on crack or something. She is the reason I quit a great company and the reason Anderson Mill sucks.
