We moved in in April '06 and it is now July and we are already moving out. That's how bad it is. There are kids running around at all hours of the night, at the pool until 4 am. It's horrible. We have a 2 year old and I don't feel safe being here by myself. If my boyfriend goes out onf town we stay with my parents. These kids watch everything you bring in and out of your apartment. We did have an incident of someone tryingto break in to our apartment to get our dog. I really don't recommend these apartments for familys or single people. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

We will be moving there in September, and now we are very concerned about it due to this review, why is the management allowing this to go on, and isnt there some type of security on the property?

There is no security. I lived there from 2003 to 2005 and I have a nin year old son who is Asthmatic, my upstair neighbors had 4 to 6 pit bulls living in there apt, which they allowed to urinate and deficate onto my patio as well as on my front door. I complained several times, to no avail nothing was done or said. Children broke my car windows out and flattened my tires on my car, and nothing was done about that. Smoking marijuana on their upstairs patio and on the front stairs of my apartment. My son could not go out on our patio nor could he go out to play. He was assaulted by an older boy with a stick. I had to transfer apartments with my paraplegic mother because my apartment would flood every time it rained. I eventually broke my lease and moved.

I agree, there is no security. I think everyone who has lived here has had their vehicle vandalized. I found it surprising at first, but these kids are never punished, so they just continue damaging everyone's property with no repercussions. It's only a matter of time after you move in until they get to your car. I had $500 damage. Please don't move here!

Will Williamson County Sherrif come out if you call them? They seem to have plenty of time to issue speeding tickets for 5mph over the limit, and this property destruction and disturbing the peace is far more serious!
