Trashy kids running around and damaging vehicles and property. While moving they stole things off my patio and busted plants up dirt everywhere. Stray cats all over. They used to harrass my cats and pee on my door/patio/windows to mark territory. Trash all over the property. Lots of dead spots in the grass so there is a lot of dirt and mud. The pools were very very dirty. Had termites eating through the walls from the outside in. Literally little holes with bugs crawling out of them. NASTY. I was told not to worry about it. They were bad that time of year and will go away. I guess the place will fall down eventually''

The management has bad reviews removed. LOL
