I have lived in this apartment complex since September 2006 and it's not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. I mean, every apartment has a couple of problems, like... yeah, the parking is a little crappy, but big deal! And yeah, my upstairs neighbors are a little loud at times, but who cares' The staff is extremely helpful, especially Brian and Lupe, they're the best! And not to mention that the complex has parties for the residents throughout the year for special occasions like Mardi Gras and Cindo de Mayo. My apartment was upgraded before I moved in and it's really nice inside. And I see them upgrading other apartments all the time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Norhtwest Austin because the elementary, secondary, and high school that are near by are recognized schools. They are all three International Baccalaureate World Schools. You cannot beat that kind of education for your children. So, personally, I give the apartment a thumbs up.

My BF lives here and while it's true that as a whole it is not so bad, there are still residents who don't respect the property and other residents (leaving trash on the porch, overfilling the dumpsters, letting their kids run wild). I hope the car vandalization problem has gotten better, because he's worried about his vehicle with summer vacation coming up.
