This complex is in NW Austin, which is near Lake Travis and actually a nice part of town. I would NEVER expect a complex as dilapidated as this one to be around these parts. I've seen the "remodeled units" and it is STILL a horrible use of space, too small for even one person. I have literally stood outside and watched drug deals happen and that is a main reason I plan to move out as soon as my lease is up. I'm a 25 year old single mother and I can tell you it's not safe for me to be outside after dark for sure. Come on- this isn't section 8 housing (I don't think!) but you would think it is.... Worst place I've ever lived. Hands down.
