I think these apartments are great. I have been living in them since March and my lease will be up at the end of August. If the rate wasn't going up I would stay longer. The community is very quiet and homey. I've never had any problems with break ins, vandilization, or any of the people for that matter. Police come in and drive rounds every night checking to make sure there is nothing going on. All of my neighbors are very friendly. One woman knows every pet in the place and gives them treats just to be nice. Another guy is from another state and of all places, he picked these, just like I did. I have seen ghetto apartments and these are not at all even close. The only problem I have ever had with my apartment was the air conditioner and all I had to do was tell the front office and it was fixed before I got home. They are tearing down the covered parking because it is old but that is a good thing since they will be putting up new covered parking. It is just another way to improve even more what is already nice. As for the noise from them doing construction, they do it during the day when most people should be awake and gone to work or school, etc. but that is how it is anywhere. They have to do it sometime. At least its not late at night. They remodeled the apartment right next to mine and I couldn't even hear them just about at all. The sidewalks are always clean, bushes trimmed and grass cut. It is a great place to have children if your going to live in an apartment with them. You can catch the bus right out front of the office if gas is getting to you. The mall, HEB, WalMart, etc., all right down the road. Management is awesome. I have been late with rent once but all I did was tell them ahead of time a few days and they said it would be okay. I didn't have to go to court or anything. They even give discounts for military and whatnot. My electric bill is always low and my water & waste has never been over $15. I am a young female, no kids, living by myself and if I believed all the other reviews I would have went someone else cause they obviously say its very unsafe. It would have been stupid for me to move in where I thought I would be in danger. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who asked.
