These apartments are the worst you could live in! The management does not care at all about its residents and will try to get money out of you any way they can. I would never recommend Anderson Mill Apartments to anyone! We lived there for 6 months with mold growing in the ceiling and in the carpet and they did nothing, and then charged us to replace the carpet upon move out!! Also we never had a fire extinguisher in our unit the whole time we lived there! Apparently Anderson Mill does not care very much for its tenant s safety.
