I have to tell you, these guys are making great strides! The new paint and carports have done wonders. As far as I can see they are working none stop to get the negative elements out, and good people in. The community has a much safer feel .It's nice to not worry and be able to have your kids walk to school.
Maintance is alway quick to respond.Monica is always a phone call away! The gym will be nice whwn it's open 24hrs.

when I first moved in they had some shady charactors living there ,quite scary to tell the truth.In fact my only true b@#$h is the garbage being emptied at 330 in the a.m..The truth is it is a bit older community that is making good improvements like they want to meet expectations. I love the neighborhood,always have. If you log on to lexingtonlawfirm.com they can help clean up the credit report . By the way , no, I don't work there ,hoping this will bring in more good neighbors is all.Some of my new neighbors are real nice .In the past I didn't want to know anyone.

Hey, thanks for the tip on the law firm thing, Thomas. I agree, the neighborhood is very nice. Our younger daughter used to attend the elementary school right across the street; it was an excellent school.

These apartments are horrible!!! I cannot believe anyone would want to rent here!! It's true the neighbored is very nice but the Anderson Mill Apartments are the worst complex in Austin!! The management is horrible and the worst I have ever had to deal with at any apartments I have lived in. Stay as far away as possible!!
