I've lived here for over a year, and it has been a nightmare. There are people all over the neighborhood who have dogs that aren't approved for living here, and aren't cared for, children running around unwatched, and a miriad of other issues within the apartment itself. Last July I was in my living room with my four kids, and there was a crash outside, which turned out to be the beam that runs across the top of my back porch. It broke all of my clay flower pots, which I was told I would be reimbursed for, and I was not. I consider myself lucky that no one was outside. I was told by maintenance that when the apartments were built, someone had nailed the beam with with the nails going straight up and down. How many others are like this' I have had notices on my door telling me that that I leave trash on my porch, when it's actually my neighbors leaving beer bottles on the curb while working on their car, which is a violation of the lease to do in the parking lot. The cops are here what seems like every weekend, and I can never tell if there's an issue, or if they are hanging out waiting for something. It's a bit scary. All and all, a HORRIBLE place to live.
