Initially the area seems nice enough - schools, churches, stores, homes and parks. However, beauty is only skin deep. The complex has many young adults who enjoy loud, music, late parties and fighting, selling drugs or malingering in the parking lot any and all times of night. The dumpsters are not enclosed making the apartments a background to loose garbage, stray cats, a storage area for beat up mattresses and couches.
