My family and I currently live at Anderson Oaks Apts and we have no problems. We moved in 12/03 and have enjoyed it. Office staff is nice. Apt is next to BIG park. Fire Station is across street. Fire Station makes sure that if in the middle of night they dont turn siren on till they get down road a bit. The only thing I
wish they has were bigger apartments. We live in a 2/2 and there are sometimes we wished for bigger. Overall we love the place. Rental deposit was only $150.00 and we got a FREE Cruise with it as well.. You can beat that.
