We experienced many pest problems (rats, mice & racoons) that were not quickly resolved, we had a racoon urinating through the celing into our apartment! Hot water shortage/outage issues throughout 1 yr lease, as well as unresolved mold issues in neighboring apts. Several reported (apt) burglaries in 1 yr and the taillight was even stolen from the back of my vehicle! Altogether a very poor rental experience, but very inexpensive... you get what you pay for.
