I have lived here for 8 months already and I have never had a problem yes when I first moved in maintenance was not the greatest but now that they have hired new maintenance personnel I have not had a problem getting things fixed around my apartment the maintenance staff is very professional and knowledgeable. When its time for me to renew my contract I think I will stay for another term
