I have lived at Anderson Oaks Apartments for 3 1/2 years. My apartment is awesome. It has upgraded fixtures, including a ceiling fans in the livingroom and bedroom with a 4 decrotive lighting fan in the dining room and wood flooring. It is a spacious small one bedroom wih a large, deep private patio. It is very energy efficient with several shade trees in the front, which keep the apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The laundry is spacious with new washers and dryers. The landscaping is beautiful and the landscaping crew do an excellent job. The pool is very nice with wood decking and chairs with umbrellas and it is maintain well. Springwood a Williamson County Park with walking trails is adjacent and is one of the best in the area. There is also a playscape and bar-b-que grills for comminity use.

You have got to be kidding me, this sounds like someone who works at Anderson Oaks wrote this I think i read the exact same thing in the brochure. Also how can the place be spacious and small?
