Okay when I first moved here in 2002 I enjoyed ny spacious 2 bedroom apartment for a very low price. I didn't quite feel safe in my apartment though because I was in the very back and there is no lighting what so ever back there near the creek. So I decided 7months into my lease to move into an apartment toward the front...now thinking that I would be safer in a well lit area oh was I so wrong....on June 2003 my car was hit head on by an intoxicated, uninsured driver who didn't speak any English...of course he fled the seen but thanks to a co-resident he followed him down and made him pull over until the police came...no justice yet...then about 2 months later I was coming hoome around 6pm and a vehicle AGAIN an uninsured motorist that didn't speak any english came through the exit gate and ran head on into my car again...he gave me an incorrect name apartment number and telephone number I again contacted the office and they sayed they would send out flyers informing residents to enter and exit in the proper areas...BASICALLY THAT NEVER EVER TOOK PLACE...on top of this in January 2004 I got into it with some one who almost side swiped my car because he felt like he was in a rush and couldn't wait for me to turn into my parking spot, that following Monday My tire was sliced, that tuesday I woke up another tire was on flat...and guess what that Wednsday I woke up and another tire was on flat....Each time I made a police report via phone and the office was notified...and all they said to me was that they were not responsible for personal property...hhmmm WHAT DO YA'LL SUPPOSELY HAVE SECURITY FOR (wich I've never seen!)...Okay I know you're probably disgusted by this community by now but one more thing I need to tell you...If you're thinking about living here plan on having your water shut down about 6-8 times a year and dont plan on ever having any repairs...Maintanance is not reliable at all, they say there gonna get to something and 2wks later all they can tell is that they put in the work order....SO WORD TO THE WISE YEAH THE COST OF LIVING HERE IS INEXPENSIVE BUT ITS NOT WORTH IT AND YOU'LL REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN!!!!!!!!!I'm glad I'm moving.
