I have lived in Austin for a little over 8 months and have lived here at Anderson "Nasty dirty creek", oops, I mean Springs, for that whole time.

I was in a hurry to move when I came here so this was the first place I looked at and I regretfully took it without scoping out the entire place before I moved in. Boy do I regret that decision now.

Yes, it's cheap, and now I can see why. I don't think there is a time when this place is 100% quiet. Ranging from loud latino music in the parking lots, to people arguing without any thought of people sleeping, to cops coming at least twice a week, to people pulling up in the parking lot at all hours of the night and honking their horns instead of getting out of the vehicle to get whoever in the hell it is they are trying to get the attention of.

It really is ridiculous, I feel like I am living in the center of Mexico City, I may be one of the only ones here with at least a 4th grade reading level and a steady job.

Please, whatever you do, DON'T MOVE HERE!! Unless you are a pot-smoker, carjacker, non-english speaker, or hiding from the law, then this place just isn't for you.
