We lived here for 11 of our 12month lease & had to get out because it was so bad. They allowed neighbors to move in with rifles(even if they claimed they didn't know) the maintaniance never showed up after pageing 5x's or more, they never fixed our shower, too many crazy drivers around. though the office staff was nice,they couldhave responded better. gates never worked. Great price, roomie enough, but bad locatation.
