I have lived here for several years now, and the property has really done a 180. The management company (who has NOT changed, despite previous posts) has recently been renovated and received a much needed facelift. The siding and colors are new and the gym was upgraded. They also put in a business center in the office! And even throughout the "rough" phase here, the office staff always remained helpful and friendly. Like the previous post said, the riff raff have slowly but surely been on their way out, with more, umm, 'qualified' people moving in.
