I hate it!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I will be moving next month. The staff is not cooperative and besides that, this is the second time that I am left without water. The plumbers have been outside all day trying to fix the problem but apparently have not been able to. 5 months living here and twice without water, the reason could be that the apartments are old and need higher maintenance. Besides this, it seem s like ghettoville.
