We have been living here for a very long time. I am here for three years and my husband is here for almost 10 years! We loved this place. Very affordable and location is awesome. Just ideal for students and also for those who work in downtown. Capital metro bus stop and UT shuttle (free) are across the street and you can go most places you need. Central park and central market are also across the street.
Management is very friendly and helpful. They gave us new carpet, dishwasher and sink. Rooms are spacious, big closet. Kitchen is big and handy. Compared to the age of the property, it is very well maintained. Recently they got the whole building painted and little renovated.
Neigbours are very good and we got no problems with them. Quiet and peaceful place. Adequate parking. Overall, I liked this place very much and don't want to leave. Definitely I will recommend this place to anybody. This is where we got the best value for the price.
