I have lived in many places in Hyde Park and this one is towards the top.

Management and cleanliness are good, not great.

I found it in a funny way at this local site- Abe's Apartments .com
Its a really fair local site in Austin.

Hyde Park and central Austin is going up in price and anything nice close to UT under $650 is a steal in my book. www.abesapartments.com helped me find Andrews Place and Ill use it next year.
