| Place has gone downhill. The owners cancelled the free cable, effectively raising rent 60 dollars. Very noisy. Have had to call the police 3 times on neighbors. | ||||||||||||

| This is a nice and quiet place. The management seems cooperative though havent had the need to complain and check their efficiency. The place is spacious and quite green. The best place in Hyde park. Would definitely recommend to anybody. | ||||||||||||
