We lived there for 1 year then moved down the street to a bigger apartment (24 Flats, which has the same management) because we got another roommate. While I was there, it was pretty nice: it had a pool and we never had problems with noise or neighbors.

Was going to move back but...while at the other complex we starting having major problems with maintenance work not being completed (Dishwasher broke and was taken out and left in our living room for over a week with the water turned off in the kitchen) Also, when I complained to the manager that the maintenance guy had turned off our AC for a whole (hot!) weekend he tried to deny it right in front of me.

So...since the same maintenance and management was covering both complexes I decided not to move back to the Antilles and risk having more problems like this. Also, they've been raising the rent but, I can't really see where the money is going. They took out the pool and filled it with gravel and the washers and dryers were questionable.

Also had a laundry basket stolen one time and would sometimes find random items (socks and panties) mixed in with my stuff. The place is decent but don't move unless they change management and maintenance.
