We lived here for two years. The first year we had great management but the second year it went to hell. They filled in the pool with dirt and plants because they couldn't keep up with the maintenance. So...they still charge us for the pool but we can't use it. The water heater provides no heat (well of and on) and no water pressure. The water heater and washing machine leak at least once a month (water seeps into the apartment next to it). They never fix it they just patch it. They have several leak problems. Neighbor's living room flooded. The apartment above us sprung a leak (leaked through our sealing) and it took them five hours to come to fix it. Poor communication. Parking was a nightmare but so many people have moved out that the problem has fixed itself.

Ouch. So wish I had read reviews before I moved here in 2007, that means they've had these flooding issues for at least four years, wow.
