I didn't live in Antilles specifically, I lived in Enfield House @ 1708 Enfield Rd., also managed by Rainier Management: http://www.rainiermanagement.com/. I paid $775 for a large 1 bedroom in the back house, which was in my opinion pricey for a slightly run down apartment from the 1960s. The windows were cord drawn and didn't really function, and my entry door was wobbly with a glass window that was easily very breakable. I had on average 1 plug per room, which none of them were grounded and had to run extension cords all over my apartment. When I moved out May 2007 they were raising rent to $875! Management was very quick to fix things - within 24 hours of notice! I did like living in the back house because there were only 4 apartments total in the whole building and the washer/dryer was right outside my door. Although while I was living there, new downstairs neighbors moved in that within 2 days of their arrival had multiple domestic disputes. I quickly called the cops, had to do it on two different occasions and they were quickly kicked out by management by day 5. Great central location but I don't think it's worth the price.
