These people have a lot of bad things to say about Ranier Management. I on the other hand do not. I live in Antilles right now (have been since last August 2007) and I am very satisfied. I live in a 2/1 and rent is $875 with no utilities included. Sounds pricey but this is 5 minutes from downtown in one of the greatest cities in the US. Every apartment complex around here is expensive. Sure, it's older and built in the 50's but that is what gives my home so much charm. I think it's an adorable complex and all of my neighbors are sooo nice. I'm never disturbed with loud music or partying even though most of the residents are UT students, myself included. People live here because they like the peacefulness. Also, the management has been great to us. My AC has had problems twice, but since the maintenance people come out so fast, it has never been a big issue. Miguel, the head maintenance guy, is so nice and lives here, as well. Anyway, go meet these people and check it out for yourself if you are interested. I think you will see a different picture than what these people have painted for you.

I don't believe this at all. This is ranier management standard damage control posted by a staff member. What a load of bull. LEASER BEWARE - this is management's tactics to dupe you. keep looking

I don't believe this either. I have a feeling this was one of the many "in and out in six months" managers. Also, I lived in a 2/1 at Antilles as well from 2007-2009 and paid 1000$ for the same place. In less than two years the place I signed up for at 995$ is now offered at $1125. Enjoy the ladies who enjoy screaming at you for no reason in the new management, I'm sure you'll have a great time.
