This place is absolute hell on Earth. I'm getting out of my lease four months earlier due to constant battles with the management.

I had severe flooding at least three times (ALL WHEN I WAS AT WORK OR OUT OF TOWN :C) in my 18 or so months of living here, with thousands of dollars in damage, and never saw a dime paid back to me. It's not all that safe and the neighbors are asses.

The management will call you nasty names and scream at you,
they don't give you 24 hour notice on maintenance,
I accidentally scratched a girls car because she was parked at an angle into my spot and I offered to pay for the damages but she just went through her insurance instead and ruined my rates,
my car was broken in to the very first week I moved here,
I almost had to go to the hospital from illness and spent three days sleeping on my couch before they would listen to my complaint about mold in my bedroom,
their maintenance guy once told me it was totally fine that my electric wiring was covered in water from the leaking from people upstairs,
their showers are made for people the height of my eight year old brother,
my fiance got burrowing bugs in his skin from their washing machine,
my neighbors regularly party LOUDLY until 3-4 AM and will not stop even if cops come by,
there /was/ a pool, that you still pay for, that has been cement filled since long before I moved here,
ants all over (I busted out a full double can of Raid on them once all over my door and didn't have further issues though),
when my apartment flooded this last time they blamed my cats for the damage to the carpet instead of even stating that the carpets needed to be cleaned and have padding replaced BECAUSE IT FLOODED DUE TO A PIPE IN THE WALL BURSTING WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN :C!!!

It's just really really really really bad, don't live here. The ONLY positive is a really nice assistant maintenance guy, who still does a pretty crappy job.
