This place has by far the best management...but then again, I've lived over in University Commons, where they allowed a convicted rapist to rent an apt and attack his neighbors (AVOID those crime-infested student housing options in Austin!!).
The Arbor and Autumn Hills aren't the prettiest places, but crime is low (as far as I know from the APD website), rent is reasonable, and the management ALWAYS tended to my repair orders in less than 48 hours.
Overall, I would recommend the place for quality, although you should assess how you feel about the neighbors.
