The price is good but you can find the same prices for better quality somewhere else. I lived here for a year, and in that time my apartment shifted. Every night I could hear music from the clubs around the complex. I could also hear my neighbors, both beside and below me. They were not loud people either. I would be able to hear them talking. There is a security gaurd that drives around the property at night but he is useless. My car was still broken into. The office staff is not always helpful. Problems are not necessarily fixed right away, or correctly, the first time you request matinence. Roaches and rats are also a problem. Avoid living here at all costs.
