It's too bad that this place has gone downhill. When I lived there back in '92, the place was very clean and quiet. In fact, sometimes my wife and I wondered if anyone else lived in the complex. The surrounding neighborhood awful, but the apartments were very cozy, quiet, clean, and affordable. I guess that's changed.

Downhill? The whole complex is ON a hill and all areas of the lot are cracked with boulders all arounf for use as door or tire stops!
