you'd be lucky if you can find office staff who actually knows the answers to your questions; maintenance does a half-ass job; when i first moved into my apartment it wasn't even clean - there was a yellow film over the cabinets (the previous owner must've been a smoker); bug problem too; laundry is expensive.
