I moved into this place after doing only a visual check of the area. After moving in I found I was paying 150$ extra for a new Fixtures. My neighbors constently have parties in front of my glass door, or up stairs and you will always find bottles and trash left for atleast a week. Someone attempted to steal my truck and busted the ignition switch and window. I know for a fact that 3 stolen cars have ended up in the parking lot. The laundry room is always fithly and the mail room constently has trash overflowing all over the floor. The exersise room they really sold me on has never been opened and the pool is green and closed. I will be leaving as soon as possible.
