No, they're not luxury apartments, but they're great for what you pay. I've lived here for over a year, and have a great experience with both the management and maintenance. Every work order request has been taken care of within the same day. Actually most things are completely replaced instead of fixed - new washing machine, new ceiling fan, etc. And they're less than 5 minutes from downtown. Complex is also pretty quiet and peaceful.
