This place is crap! Let?s start with maintanance. It is completely worthless. Don?t beleive it if they say they will be there the same day, or even the next day. Often, it takes 3-5 days and sometimes up to a week. I?ve had to call them back out for several appliance problems. My refrigerator was leaking black goo and it took them 3 trips and about 3 weeks before they finally replaced it. The dishwasher is crap, you have to align the dishes just right or the water won?t clean the top row.



Bug, this place it full of them. Usually the roach and ant baits work but it?s still crappy that there are so many of them.



Also, this place is full of dust. Anybody with alergies should stay away. A neighbor?s dog even developed alergies and a chronic cough due do to this place.



As far as safety goes, this is just about the most unsafe place there is. I know it?s not in a great neighborhood but it is quite rediculous. There are no gates, few lights in the parking lots and the walkways are sometimes lighted. One of my neighbors was stalked and her dog too. Once by some crazy neighbor that wanted to steal the dog and once by some other crazy resident that told her he had been watching her.



Laundry facilites are horrible. The washer frequently don?t work. The laundry room is sometimes closed due to suposed remodling/fixing but nothing ever changes. Forget using this place, take your clothes down the street to the laundrymat.



The showers are also terrible. Don?t even think about showering in the morning, there is not enough water pressure. There is only one water heater per building and if 2 people use the shower, that?s too many. Water pressure drops all the time and goes from hot to cold instantly. Also, to get hot water you have to run your shower and your sink for about 5-10 minutes.



Overall, this is the worst apartment I?ve ever lived in. I?m moving out this week and I will say to anyone thinking about this place that it is horrible, and stay away from it, run like it is the plague!
