I live at Oak Lodge and have been here for over 2 years and I have never had a roach nor ant problem. Personally, I think you do not pick up after yourself and leave your place looking nasty. You know, roaches and ants just dont lounge around the apt. if their is no food for them to eat. I suggest that when you move to your next apartment that you pick up after yourself. Try throwing the garbage out on a daily basis. And as far a the hot water issue, their is always hot water when I need it.
The landry facilities are well keep and look very neat. I recommend this place to anybody.
