aka Arbor Pointe - DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER

Ok, this place is horrendous. First of all, we never even received our inventory checklist when we moved in despite asking for it more than 5 times. We have had more than a dozen maintenance requests, with only one of them ever having been answered - PERIOD. Our garbage disposal was not functioning and after 2 months of putting in maintenance requests we had to get someone else to fix it. The lights outside the apartments are always broken and I have had several friends trip up our stairs because of how dark it is near our front door. The balcony has pieces of the gutter hanging off of it almost ONTO the balcony and it has been this way for 6 months.
The staff is completely unhelpful and unfriendly. Do not even bother trying to speak to them. Parking in the third lot is almost impossible because there is one space per every two apartments or so, unless you want to park about 1/4 mile away in this dark alley. This is probably a bad idea since during a one month period more than six cars in this SMALL lot got broken into.
After our lease is up we plan to sue Arbor Pointe for breaching the contract. We would simply do it now and move out, but if we lose the lawsuit we would have an eviction on our credit. We have brought every issue to their attention and they have done and said nothing to rectify it.
Add to this the constant LOUD construction on Pleasant Valley (try sleeping with a generator running all night about 20 feet from your bedroom window), and I would say you would be better off living on the streets than in one of these apartments.
