Run from this place. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!! (AKA Arbor Pointe) This cheap place comes with trash, noise, no security, no water or no hot water at times, a parking lot that's dimly lit, a diseased filled pool and hot tub, a staff and manager with absolutely no people skills, and roaches & rats! The manager is a liar and she doesn't care about tenant's needs. The staff doesn't have a clue and doesn't care about tenant's needs. Safety is the worst here because cars AND APARTMENTS are always broken into. The staff and management will not do anything to step up security here. All of my neighbors' cars have been broken into due to a dimly lit parking lot and dimly lit staff who doesn't care. Crime pays in the ghetto! Apartment doors are kicked in occasionaly and cars are stolen at least two to three times a week. Many of my neighbors have moved out and the rest are not renewing their leases. Some neighbors have been kicked out because they committed crimes. I hated this place! The building I lived in had bug problems (roaches and ants)! Rodents live in the walls, floors and ceilings. If an animal dies under the pier and beam construction, the management will not have the carcass removed so your apartment will forever smell like dead animals! The laundry room is always trashed and people who don't live here always break into the laundry room and steal clothes. Construction for a new "affordable housing project" is going up across the street, so there's constant noise and homeless people jumping out of the bushes trying to get money from you. It's like living in crack town because it is!!!! Run from here, do not sign anything with these people. They will lie to you and take you for a ride in a stolen pick-em up truck going full force down to the border!
