I live in a 1/1 on the Pleasant Valley property of Arbor Pointe. The complex is in a good central location and you see a little bit of everything on Riverside. I love the management except for that rude ----- Esmeralda or whatever her name is. SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! As far as all the bad reviews this place has gotten...they're just a handfull of people that had really bad things happen to them. I am a single female 5'1" student and I have never felt unsafe. I have on occasion left my car unlocked or the keys in the door after a drunken night on the town, and I'm still driving my car. It has never been broken into. The place is nice for what you pay for it and the only reason why I'm moving is because I want my own washer/dryer. I would totally reccomend this place for students.
