This is the worst expierience of my life - renting from these people. The parking is horrible - WATCH OUT FOR THE MANHOLE and the sinking concrete!!! It'll really do some damage to your vehicle - they don't keep up the maintenance on anything around there. The lighting is very poorly lit if they remember to turn on the lights outside. It's extremely noisy and there are racoons and rats taking over the walls. The parking, maintenance, and safety of these apartments are a total NIGHTMARE. The staff of Arbor Pointe Apts. are very rude, uncooperative, deny their responsibility for maintenance on the property. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!
